Phoenix Innovative Care, Inc. exists to provide compassionate, comprehensive, and person-centered services to individuals and families across North Carolina. Through our Phoenix Therapeutic Foster Care Agency, LLC, Phoenix Residential Care, LLC, and Phoenix Safe Care Guardianship, Inc, we strive to enhance lives by ensuring safety, dignity, and support for those most in need.
